Do you work with brand new sellers?
Yes we do. You are responsible for creating shippments and sending us FNSKU labels and shipping labels.There is a small invoice minimum of $35. This is per shipment and doesn’t take many items to reach this minimum.
What is your target turnaround on shipping out products?
Once shipping plans are received all products are processed within 24-72 hours. Most are completed in 24 to 48 hours.
What’s the advantage of a la carte pricing?
You only pay for the service and materials you use. If you don’t need poly bags or dunnage you don’t pay for it.
Do you accept sellers of all size?
Yes! Whether you are just getting started or shipping 10,000 or more per month, we want to work with you!

What’s the benefit of your location?
We are centrally located in the suburbs of Austin Texas. Most of the shipments we receive go to Amazon’s Dallas warehouse. Amazon is also opening a new Houston location. We are also close to the Houston ports for your international shipments.
Do I pay sales tax in Texas?
If you are a registered reseller you do not pay sales Tax.
Do you accept Pallets?
Yes, we do.
If I order multiple items from different locations that are due to arrive at your facility around the same time, can I add all items to the same shipping plan?
Yes, absolutely! Just lets us know the shipments you are expecting. We will store your items for up to 2 weeks with no storage charge.
How do I get started?
Download the credit card authorization form and send to email@example.com. We will then email you the warehouse address. Contact us for additional questions or for a quote on your business needs.You can be making shipments to our location an hour after sending us your documents.
