Merchant Fulfillment Services
We also offer merchant fulfillment service for when you don’t or cannot send your items into FBA. Some of the reason for merchant fulfillment:
- Product cannot be sent to Amazon, For example: Hazmat products, Liquids in glass over 4oz. We are Hazmat certified to ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- You currently do not have a FBA account. Amazon can shut down access to FBA for new sellers periodically.
How we access your orders
We access your seller account through Amazon’s API using Amazon Marketplace Web Service (Amazon MWS) is an integrated Web service API that helps Amazon sellers to programmatically exchange data on listings, orders, payments, reports, and more.
We use MWS to pull in your daily orders into our shipping software. We process your shipment from our shipping software. Once the item is shipped the tracking # is automatically updated in your sellercentral account.
Using the MWS API is a much safer way to access your account than to give out a user account to your fulfillment partner. You do not want your account being logged in from a computer that logins into numerous other seller accounts.
Shipping Costs
We have accounts with USPS, UPS and FedEx. We have the biggest discount available from USPS. We recommend any high value items be shipped via UPS. The cheapest shipping rates for packages under .3 cubit feet will be via USPS. The pricing is based on cubic feet up to 20 LBS. Anything offer 20 LBS is best shipped via UPS.

Length x Width x Height / 1728 = Cubic Feet
Note: All measurements should be rounded down to the nearest 0.25 inch.
A Box measuring 12x6x6 will be ,25 cubic feet.

Setting Up Amazon Marketplace Webservices
- To access your Seller ID and MWS Auth Token, you’ll need to sign up for Amazon Marketplace Web Service (Amazon MWS).
To sign up for Amazon MWS, use the appropriate web page for the Amazon Marketplace you want to integrate with ShippingEasy:
